Consultation
The initial meeting is important; I want to understand the needs and requirements of your loved one. We can meet at your home, business, rehab center, or hospital. Once I have all the information and have answered your questions, I will have assisted living communities within 24–48 hours to tour with your specific needs in mind.
If immediate placement is required, I can assist in fast placement. You will not be charged any fees. My fees are paid by the assisted living community you have selected based on my recommendations. You are not obliged to the communities I have selected — you are welcome to choose any assisted living you wish.
These goals are formulated by our consultations and my extensive experience as an Executive Director.

Recommendation & Tours
A marketing representative will contact you to schedule a tour of the assisted living community after our initial conversation.
During the tour, evaluate the assisted living community:

How does the community feel?

What is your first impression from the sidewalk to the lobby — is there someone to say hello?

Notice the ambiance.
It would be helpful to meet the Executive Director, if possible. Take notes — you will receive a packet of information when the tour is completed.

Placement Support
You’ve taken the tours, asked the important questions, and are now prepared to sign the admission agreement.
It is important for the Power of Attorney (POA) to be at the contract signing if possible. This is the time to ask any lingering questions prior to contract signing.
The Executive Director is the person or licensee that operates the entire community. Setting a good foundation and understanding in the beginning will save valuable time in the future if meetings are required.
